Energy Transformed Transitions to Incorporated Entity and Closes Seed Funding Round

HOUSTON, Texas – January 23, 2026 – Energy Transformed (ET4m), the Houston-based innovator in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) for mature shale assets, today announced its formal transition from a limited liability company to Energy Transformed Inc. The company has simultaneously closed its oversubscribed seed funding round, welcoming strategic new partners, to be named at a later date.

This dual milestone accelerates the commercialization of Energy Transformed’s proprietary Cyclic Miscible Stimulation (CMS™) technology and its integrated NGL Recycle System. CMS™ revitalizes existing shale wells by using natural gas liquids (NGLs) such as propane and butane in a cyclic injection process that mobilizes incremental oil, which is then recovered and recycled. The result: restored initial production rates, up to double the estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) for a fraction of the capital cost of new drilling, and meaningful ESG improvements across emissions, water use, and land footprint compared to traditional development.

Energy Transformed Inc. Presents Game-Changing Technology That Doubles Oil Recovery from Mature Shale Wells at ADIPEC 2025

Houston, Texas – November 23, 2025 – Energy Transformed Inc. today announced its presentation of SPE-229615-MS, “Cyclic Miscible Stimulation Doubles Estimated Ultimate Recovery from Mature Shale Wells,” at ADIPEC 2025.

The paper, authored by Susan Starr and David Szabo of Energy Transformed, LLC (Houston, Texas), Joseph Dozzo of International Reservoir Technologies (Lakewood, Colorado), and Wayne Beecroft of BP (Houston, Texas), introduces Cyclic Miscible Stimulation (CMS) — a patented “huff-and-puff” Enhanced Oil Recovery process that uses low-cost, readily available Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) to mobilize residual oil in depleted shale wells.

Field trials and reservoir modeling demonstrate that CMS routinely doubles or more the Estimated Ultimate Recovery (EUR) from existing wells — turning mature assets with 5–20% primary recovery into high-value producers. The process requires only simple low-pressure liquid pumping equipment, recycles the majority of the injected NGL through a proprietary mobile NGL Recycle System, and delivers project breakeven economics at approximately $35 per barrel — far superior to both new drilling and competing gas huff-and-puff methods.
